Refund and Cancellation Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a refund for a period of 14 days from receipt of your package.

Please keep all packaging materials for at least 14 days should you decide to return your order.

The refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping the merchandise being returned is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

If for any reason you would like to return your order, call (833) 682-9331 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Put the RMA number on the shipping box and return to 85 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432. Items must be in 'like new' condition upon return and upon inspection, a refund will be issued if applicable. Please allow 7-10 for the refund to post to the account.
